Liberated Resistance

The Liberated Resistance is the unique ability for TEC Rebels , available with eight Civics Labs and found in the Diplomacy Tree, and it requires Truce Amongst Rogues to be researched prior. It causes frigate-cruiser fleets to be spawned at your capital upon liberation of hostile-occupied planets.
