Generates at the system's star (except for black holes) and moves randomly between gravity wells for a period of time. Disables construction and weapons in affected areas for a period of time.

Overview

A highly energetic wave of particles ejected from the system's star. Weapons are disabled by the CME and planets affected must delay construction production until it passes.
