Metal Extractors produce metal for an empire.
Overview
Metal Extractors at Planets produce 0.4 metal per second. This is modified by Allegiance and the game's income rate setting.
Neutral extractors captured by the player produce 0.53 metal per second. This is not affected by Allegiance.
