Most game users, or even mod users, will never need to access the main install directory, but modding will require access to the full Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion install directory.
Example: <Sins Path>
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion
Note: Never remove or modify existing files or folders, always make copies.
Locate <Sins Path>
Locate a game shortcut, right-click --> Properties.
Click on "Open File Location" will open <Sins Path> in Explorer.
Navigate to your Steam Library
Locate Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion
right-click --> Properties
Select the "LOCAL FILES" tab.
Click on "BROWSE LOCAL FILES" will open <Sins Path> in Explorer.
Repair <Sins Path>
Navigate to your Steam Library
Locate Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion
right-click --> Properties
Select the "LOCAL FILES" tab.
Click on "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE..."
